Tensioning Path Through the Ratchet

Webbing routes through an alloy steel ratchet spindle and is tightened by cycling the handle to remove slack in controlled steps. A spring-loaded release disengages the gear when the handle is opened during unloading. Operation is manual with no electrical input.

Insert the E-track spring fitting into the selected E-rail slot, route the webbing over the cargo, then feed the free end into the ratchet take-up slot. To remove tension, open the release and pull the webbing back through the spindle. Roll the webbing for storage; the set includes a storage bag for keeping the four straps together in a cargo area or tool compartment.
