ABS Shell and Liner Structure

The helmet uses an injection-molded ABS outer shell combined with a multi-density foam liner for full face coverage. The chin bar is integrated into the shell geometry, forming a continuous front section. The outer profile includes a fixed peak visor mounted to the shell.

Venting and Rider Interface

Air intake ports are positioned along the top shell and chin bar areas, directing airflow into internal channels. These channels guide air through the helmet and exit through rear openings during riding conditions. The visor is mounted above the eye port to reduce direct light entry. The chin strap uses an adjustable buckle mechanism for securing the helmet during use. Interior padding is configured to align with standard head shapes within the specified size range.

Sizing and Installation Procedure

Select size based on head circumference between 21.3 to 24 in. Place the helmet evenly on the head and fasten the adjustable chin strap to the required tension. The interior liner can be removed for cleaning and reinstalled after drying. Store the helmet in a dry environment when not in use. Avoid stacking heavy objects on the shell during storage.
