Forward and Rear Video Capture

This dual-channel dash camera system uses a low-light optimized CMOS sensor paired with an F1.5 aperture and multi-layer lens assembly. Both unit records at 2160p resolution and connects through a 21.3 ft cable. A 170° field of view expands roadway coverage across multiple lanes. The internal supercapacitor replaces a lithium battery and operates within wider temperature ranges. Video is encoded in MP4 format and stored on a microSD card up to 512GB capacity.

Continuous Recording and Data Flow

The system operates through a 12V vehicle outlet using an 11.5 ft power cable with integrated car charger. Video capture runs continuously through loop recording, automatically overwriting older files when storage limits are reached. A built-in G-sensor detects motion changes and flags specific clips for separate storage. GPS hardware logs route data, speed, and position directly into recorded files. 5.8GHz WiFi enables file transfer to a mobile device with speeds up to 20MB/s using a dedicated app interface.

Cabin Installation and Device Setup

The main unit mounts to the windshield using a suction cup bracket with integrated GPS module. The rear camera connects via a wired interface routed along the vehicle interior using included clips. The system powers on with vehicle ignition and shuts down accordingly unless configured for parking mode with an optional hardwire kit. File management, firmware updates, and configuration settings are handled through the onboard display or mobile app.
