Engine-Center Lift Geometry
This lift stand uses an alloy steel frame with an H-base and a compact footprint for positioning under a dirt bike cradle. The top deck measures 11 × 7 in (279 × 178 mm) and uses a rubber contact surface at the bike interface. Load capacity is 440 lb (200 kg, 0.2 ton). The rotating top platform allows up to 4.3 in (109 mm) of height trim to help align the deck under the engine area.
Foot-Pumped Hydraulic Raise and Lower Control
A foot pedal actuates a hydraulic cylinder to raise the deck through the working height range. Lift height adjusts from 10 to 18 in (255 to 460 mm) to change service access under the bike. A mechanical safety hook engages at the selected height for hold position during service steps. Lowering is done by disengaging the hook and using the hydraulic release control to return the deck to the base position.
Shop-Floor Setup and Storage
Set the stand on a flat, hard surface and position it under the bike’s lift point. Pump the pedal until the deck contacts the bike, then continue to the required height and engage the safety hook. The base uses rubber corner pads at the floor contact points. Clean the deck surface and frame with a dry or lightly damp cloth before storage.
